Delivery rates
- Nairobi CBD: free
- Elsewhere within Nairobi: flat KES 300
- Outside Nairobi: flat KES 500
Dispatch and timing
We deliver once your order is printed and ready. Production time depends on the job and begins after you've approved your artwork or proof and payment has cleared — we'll confirm the timeline with your quote. Delivery within Nairobi is typically same or next day once your order is ready.
Collection
You're welcome to collect your order from us at no charge: Vima Plaza, 2nd Floor, Muthiga, Nairobi. We'll let you know as soon as it's ready.
Deliveries outside Nairobi
Orders outside Nairobi are sent by courier or matatu parcel service at the flat KES 500 rate. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. Once an order leaves us, timing is subject to the carrier's schedule.
