We deliver Printly orders across Kenya.

Processing Times

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days, depending on the product, quantity and finishing required. Custom or bulk orders may take longer. We’ll confirm expected timelines before production where necessary.

Delivery

Orders within Nairobi are typically delivered within 1 business day after production. Deliveries outside Nairobi usually take 1–3 business days, depending on location and courier availability.

Shipping fees are calculated or communicated before your order is confirmed.

Delays

While we work hard to keep every order on schedule, courier delays and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times. We’ll keep you updated if this happens.
