Both. Printly is a design and print house, so you can come to us with finished artwork or with nothing but an idea. If you already have a print ready file we will work from it directly. If you do not, our team will design it for you before it goes to press.
PDF is ideal, with fonts outlined and 3mm bleed. We also accept AI, PSD, EPS and high resolution PNG or JPEG at 300dpi. If your file is not print ready, we will tell you before printing rather than after, and we can fix it for you.
Simple layout work, such as arranging supplied content or resizing an existing design, is included with your print order. Custom design work such as logos, brand identity and packaging artwork is quoted separately and includes 2 rounds of revisions. Send us your brief on WhatsApp for a quote.
Minimums vary by product. Some items can be ordered as a single piece, while others such as business cards and apparel run to set quantities. Tell us what you need on WhatsApp and we will confirm the minimum for that item straight away.
Most jobs are ready within 48 hours of artwork approval. Some items turn around faster, while large or complex orders take longer. We confirm your timeline when you place the order, so you always know what to expect.
Yes. Delivery within Nairobi CBD is KSh 100, or you can collect from us at no cost. For deliveries outside Nairobi we will arrange a courier and confirm the cost before dispatch.
Payments are handled securely through Paystack, so you can pay by card or mobile money directly at checkout. Your details are processed by Paystack and never stored by us.
Yes, always. We send a digital proof for your approval before anything goes to press. Nothing gets printed until you confirm, which protects both of us from costly mistakes.
Yes. We regularly produce branded merchandise, corporate gifts, staff apparel and packaging for companies, schools, churches, NGOs and events. Bulk pricing applies and we can work to your procurement timelines. Contact us with your requirements for a formal quote.
